• What is sea glass? Where do you find it?

Glass that has been tumbling in the ocean for 30-50 years, removing the sharp edges until they become smooth and frosted. The glass comes from broken bottles, glassware, shipwrecks, and you can even find pottery. All of my sea glass has been collected on the beaches of Isabela, Puerto Rico.

• How long is processing time?

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process and package orders.

• What are the policies on refunds?

If the jewelry is broken when you recieve it, refunds or exchanges are offered.

• Do you make custom orders?

Yes! Message me for inquiries.

• What is the proper jewelry care?

Keep away from water, moisture, lotions, perfumes, etc. to avoid tarnishing. Be gentle! Do not stretch or apply excessive pressure in order to prevent the jewelry from breaking.

• Is there a new limited edition collection coming soon?

The 2023 Puerto Rican Pride Collection will be available for sale on 6/22/2023. Stay tuned for updates on Instagram and Tiktok @sleepycoquishop.

• Can men wear Sleepy Coqui jewelry?

Yes. Jewelry has no gender. You would be surprised by how many people who tell me to create a mens collection. I always say no because I have never promoted that the jewelry I already sell is only made for women. Sleepy Coqui is for everybody regardless of gender.
